We begin with a discussion regarding learning objects (LO) and open educational resources (OER). Finally we present three strategies that can help designers, teachers, and users to think about the reuse, localization, and cultural repurposing of digital educational resources.KeywordsCultural diversity; Open educational resources; Learning objects; Open education; Instructional designISSN | 1676-2592 |
