
Professor of Practice in Work, Organisational Behaviour and Higher Education Leadership
Lul Admasachew's first academic career was at The Work Institute of Nottingham Trent University Business School. By focusing on organisational learning and innovation in small and medium organisations of the Midlands, UK she has also worked full-time on UK Labour Force Survey on her MSc in Social Science Research Methodology which was reclassified as MPhil during her academic career at PhD equivalent level in the UK. She has worked in the area of labour force engagement, job creation and education up until year 2011 through scholarly engagement in Work and Organisation Behaviour especially by running workshops, marking reflective practices and conducting research within the UK academic circle and has moved on to practice since.
