ABSTRACT
This report provides recommendations to the Florida Virtual Campus from the Open Access Textbook and Educational Resources (OATER) Task Force on how to build an infrastructure to support OER efforts on a statewide basis in Florida. The recommendations are supported by the results of a survey distributed to teaching faculty, librarians, and instructional design specialists in the state university and college systems.
