ABSTRACT
Open educational resources (OERs) play an important role in promoting balanced development of education. For this reason, a great number of OERs projects have been carried out around the world. However, how to evaluate the sharing effects of OER Project is still a problem. In this chapter, a framework of openness maturity of OERs projects is introduced. The chapter first reviews the development process and typical projects of OERs, and then analyzes the driving mode of OERs development and promotion approaches of OER transmission. The characteristics of OERs are usability, reachability, scalability, and stickiness. Based on this, a framework of openness maturity of OERs projects, which provides a framework for analyzing the promotion and circulation of OERs, is proposed. Keywords | e open maturity · open cours · open educational resources projects · sharing effects |
