ABSTRACT
Este artigo visa discutir conceitos e estratégias pedagógicas para utilização de web videoconferência na aprendizagem aberta. Para isso, apresentamos o projeto OpenLearn desenvolvido pela Open University que oferece recursos educacionais abertos e tecnologias gratuitas, tais como FlashMeeting que é um aplicativo de web videoconferência e o software Compendium para construção de mapas do conhecimento. Estas duas tecnologias têm sido utilizadas por uma das comundidades do OpenLearn: COLEARN Comunidade de Pesquisadores de Países da Lingua Portuguesa. Neste estudo, baseado em quatro princípios para aprendizagem no cyberespaço: contexto compartilhado (Lévy, 2003), abstração reflexiva (Piaget,1976), construção coletiva de conhecimentos (Okada A., 2005) e intermediação pedagógica múltipla (Okada S., 2007) , analisamos quatro técnicas de web videoconferência: apresentação, entrevista e mesa redonda e discussão coletiva. Nesta análise, discutimos como webconferência pode potencializar a aprendizagem numa rede social aberta. Nas conclusões, destacamos as estratégias pedagógicas que emergiram deste estudo e apontamos também novos horizontes para esta pesquisa com a integração do Flashmeeting e Compendium para mapeamento do conteudo da conferência.
