ABSTRACT
Creative Commons is pleased to respond to the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office, Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, and Department for Culture, Media and Sport’s open consultation on “Copyright and Artificial Intelligence.” In our comments, we explain our overall approach to creativity, copyright, text and data mining (TDM), and artificial intelligence (AI), and then respond to the consultation’s questions.Keywords | copyright · text mining · data mining · TDM · artificial intelligence · AI |
